Discover their Kiskeya flavors thru our tacos.
Our first taco is reminiscent of the time of the Tainos,it is composed of a fresh tortilla, with a parmesan mint dressing, passion fruit- ginger infused sauteed chicken, lightly pickled purple cabbage, fresh tomatoes and topped with a local pineapple salsa.
Our second taco takes you thru a stroll up our mountains with our grilled tortilla, simmered with a Haitian rhum aioli, lightly breaded griot, fresh cucumber, a tomato chimichurri and a crispy plantain chip
Our tacos are accompanied by our cheese stuffed plantain croquettes.
